Frisco 9th Oct 05

Very Sunny day, woke up at 6am, slept 12 hours straight.

Went to farmers market, fruit & veg stalls.

Got tram 24 along mission st, fuck me its a pure getto. Very scary! Driver put us off at 16th ST. Never been so scared in our lives. All spanish , no white men at all. The Shield.

Walked up to 24th. Got bus 2 blocks up hill to a safe place.

Had lush pies sitting in the sun. Did a little shopping then walked to the Castro. The hills are so steep, takes ages to get to th etop. The views were amazing. You can see for miles. Big houses and hille everywhere. Jesmond of Frisco!

Walked to Union SQ, about 5 blocks away, 20 mins.

Nike super store was crap, not very big and no trainers.

Found Old Navy Super Store.
Bought travel pass for 7 days $24.
Do Not wait at first stop for tram, packed.

fishermans Wharf! Bought Alcatraz tickets $32 for two.

Pier 39, seals chilling in the sun, very smelly. Lots of sea food cafe's.
